Monica McCarthy CFA®, CDFA®, CPWA®, CEPA®

The principal and founder of NDSC, Monica McCarthy, is a senior wealth management professional with over thirty years of experience planning and investing for High-Net-Worth Individuals.  As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), Monica works closely with clients toward an equitable outcome of financial stability.

Monica was awarded a CFA® Charter in 1993, and she earned her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation in 2012.  Monica earned an MBA with a concentration in Tax from the University of South Carolina and a BA from the University of Virginia in Economics.  Monica received her Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification in 2016.  Monica also received her Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation in 2023.

Monica enjoys working with her clients and team.  In her spare time, she is likely cycling around the seacoast, working out with her friends and trainers, or playing with her yellow Lab, Chloe, on the beach near her home in Rye, NH.  She devoted many years to riding in the Pan Mass Challenge with a phenomenal group of friends and relished every mile.  Organizations she cares about and supports include NHSPCA, the Museum of New Art in Portsmouth, Families First, and Cross Roads House.

Christian (Chrissy) Sullivan CTFA, CFP®,CDFA®, CEPA®

Christian (Chrissy) Sullivan, CTFA, CFP®, CDFA®, CEPA®  is Director of Wealth Planning for NDSC with comprehensive experience in estate and financial planning strategies for High-Net-Worth Individuals.  Her role at NDSC is to help clients gather, review and understand their financial assets.  Additionally, Chrissy works with clients to comprehend their current and future budgeting needs.  Chrissy’s extensive experience in working with multi-generational families of significant wealth enables her to help educate and inform divorcing clients on financial concepts that will impact their long-term financial well-being. 

Chrissy graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation as well as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisors (CTFA) designation.  Chrissy received her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) certification in 2020.  Chrissy also earned her Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation in 2023.

Chrissy lives in Brentwood, NH with her husband, one of her three children, two dogs and three cats.  When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys CrossFit, yoga and dancing.

Suzanne Johnson

Suzanne Johnson joined Seascape Capital Management in June 2011 as Investment Services Manager.  Suzanne ensures that our clients have a positive experience with both our firm and custodians.  From account opening to account service requests, she acts as a liaison to fulfill and exceed client expectations.  In addition to her client service role, Suzanne acts as office manager, responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource functions for the firm.  She joins us from another local advisory firm, where she performed in a similar capacity as client account manager and office manager for almost six years.

Suzanne's diverse administrative experience was gained in executive support and project management roles in both start-up and established companies ranging from telecommunications, commercial loan underwriting, and defense industries.

Donald Nelson

Donny joined Seascape in July 2018 as Investment Systems Analyst. He is responsible for maintaining client records and managing Seascape's technology systems.

Prior to joining Seascape, Donny worked as a Client Service Associate for a wealth management firm in Colorado and has since held analyst positions in the apparel and seafood industries.  Donny graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Donny lives in nearby Dover, New Hampshire with his wife and daughter. When not at Seascape or at home with his family, Donny can usually be found at the golf course.

Andrew Litzerman CFA®, CMT®

Andrew Litzerman, CFA®, CMT®, is Chief Investment Officer of Seascape.  As CIO, Andrew is responsible for the firm's full scope of investment services. He designs and implements the firm's investment process, strategy, and research. He also develops asset allocation models to manage portfolio risk.

Prior to joining the Seascape in 2015 as Portfolio Manager, Andrew served as an Investment Associate at Citi Private Bank from 2009 to 2014. There he worked with Ultra High Net Worth clients researching investment ideas and building customized client portfolios.

Andrew graduated from Northeastern University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He was awarded a CFA® Charter in 2013, is a Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) and member of the CMT Association, and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Andrew lives in Boston with his adorable beagle Chloe.
